Built has design experience on board when it comes to tenant improvements and building components. We have designed many different steel stair structures, canopies, guard rail systems, vent hoods, light fixtures, and more. Aside from the typical materials of steel, concrete, and timber commonly found in residential, we also commonly design glass and aluminum structures in these types of projects.

I have over five years of professional engineering experience working for two prominent engineering firms in Seattle before starting Built Engineering in July, 2017. I am proficient in AutoCAD and many different engineering programs such as RISA 3D, ShoringSuite, RetainPro, and others that allow for efficient completion of projects. I have the experience necessary to provide permit documents that are unparalleled in quality and completeness, and will effectively guide your design team through project completion with as little hassle as possible.
